If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, Kingsway Jewelry reserves the right to withhold a restocking fee according to the condition of the item.

Made to Order and Engraved Jewelry: If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase you can receive a 100% refund. If contacting us after 24 hours of ordering a 30% restocking fee will be retained, and you will receive a 70% refund.
- Gold Jewelry: All gold jewelry is covered for free cleaning and polishing services. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring at a cost of 50% of the current retail price upon the return of the damaged ring. This is a one-time offer and will not apply to the replacement ring.
- Silver, Titanium, Tungsten, Stainless Steel Jewelry: If the ring shatters or chips and is deemed damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring at a cost of 40% of the current retail price upon the return of the damaged ring.
