Products & Materials

What materials do you use in your rings?
Our rings are crafted from premium metals including tungsten carbide, titanium, sterling silver, and solid gold. We also specialize in distinctive inlays such as genuine meteorite, deer antler, exotic hardwoods, opal, camo, and natural or lab-grown diamonds.

Is the meteorite in your rings real?
Yes. We use certified authentic Lunar, Muonionalusta and other meteorite fragments. We you get certificate, or link to public records of your meteorite. Each piece has a unique crystalline (Widmanstätten) and stony patterns, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Is the deer antler ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All antler used in our jewelry is naturally shed — deer drop their antlers each year, so no animals are harmed in the making of our rings.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Every diamond we sell — natural, lab-grown, and moissanite alternatives — is ethically sourced in compliance with the Kimberley Process.

What's the difference between natural diamonds, lab diamonds, and moissanite?
Natural diamonds form over millions of years in the earth. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and visually identical to natural diamonds but created in a controlled environment at a lower price point. Moissanite is a separate gemstone with slightly more brilliance than diamond and a much more accessible price.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional sizing, or using our printable ring sizer (available on request). If you're buying a surprise gift, borrow a ring the recipient already wears and measure the inside diameter.

What if my ring doesn't fit when it arrives?
We offer one complimentary resize or exchange within 30 days of delivery on eligible styles. Certain inlay materials (meteorite, antler, wood) cannot be resized and will need to be exchanged for a different size.

Do you offer half sizes?
Yes, most of our rings are available in half sizes. Please select your exact size at checkout.

What ring widths do you offer?
We typically offer widths ranging from 2mm to 10mm. Narrower bands (2–4mm) are popular for women's rings; wider bands (6–10mm) are common for men's rings.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order rings typically take 2–4 weeks to craft. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and duties vary by destination. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom, engraved, and clearance items are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@kingswayjewelry.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No — as long as the item is returned in its original condition within our return window.

Warranty & Care

Do your rings come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Kingsway ring is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage caused by accident or misuse.

How should I care for my ring?

  • Remove it before heavy lifting, gardening, or using harsh chemicals.
  • Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth; avoid ultrasonic cleaners on rings with meteorite, antler, wood, or opal inlays.
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to protect natural materials.

Will the wood or antler in my ring get damaged in water?
Our inlays are stabilized and sealed, but prolonged water exposure should still be avoided. Remove your ring before swimming or showering to maximize its lifespan.

Customization & Engraving

Can I customize a ring?
Yes. Many of our styles can be customized with different metals, inlay materials, widths, and finishes. Contact us to discuss your ideas and receive a quote.

Do you offer engraving?
Yes — inside-band engraving is available on most rings. You can add your custom message at checkout.

Can I make matching His & Her sets?
Absolutely. Many of our customers choose matching sets for weddings and anniversaries. Browse our His & Her Sets collection, or contact us to coordinate a custom pairing.
