The Origin

Every piece begins 4.5 billion years ago.

At Kingsway Jewelry, we work with materials that predate our planet. Genuine meteorite — forged in dying stars, drifting through space for billions of years, surviving a violent entry through Earth's atmosphere. We take these ancient fragments and transform them into jewelry you can wear every day.

THE WORKSHOP

Every ring, bracelet, and pendant is handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop. No mass production. No assembly lines. One artisan, one piece at a time — using precision tools and techniques refined over years of working with meteorite.

FROM SPACE ROCK TO JEWELRY

The journey of a meteorite ring

STEP 01

THE RAW METEORITE

We source authenticated meteorite specimens — Muonionalusta from Sweden, Aletai from China, Sericho pallasite from Kenya. Each one verified, classified, and traceable to its fall site.

Measuring meteorite

STEP 02

MEASURING & MARKING

Every piece is measured and marked by hand. We plan each cut to preserve the best section of the Widmanstätten pattern — a crystalline structure that took over a million years to form.

STEP 03

PRECISION CUTTING

Using a diamond-blade lapidary saw, we cut the meteorite into thin slices. Meteorite is iron-nickel alloy — harder than most metals — and each cut must be precise to preserve the pattern.

STEP 04

SHAPING & POLISHING

Each piece is ground, shaped, and polished by hand. We use rotary tools and polishing wheels to achieve the perfect surface — smooth enough to wear, detailed enough to show the ancient pattern.

STEP 05

HAND-SET INTO PRECIOUS METAL

The meteorite is carefully inlaid into its metal setting and secured by hand. Gemstones are set alongside using traditional techniques. Each piece is inspected under magnification before it leaves the bench.

THE RESULT

ONE OF A KIND

No two meteorite patterns are alike. The piece you wear is the only one that will ever exist — a fragment of the cosmos, shaped by hand, made to last a lifetime.
