1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • We offer one complimentary exchange per order for the same item or an item of equal value (price difference payable by customer if upgrading).
  • To start a return or exchange, email support@kingswayjewelry.com with your order number and reason. We will reply within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service — we are not liable for items lost in return transit.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and free of scratches, scents, or signs of wear
  • In its original packaging with all tags, pouches, and certificates
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned in worn or damaged condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 15%–50% depending on assessed condition (documented with photos on receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-designed pieces (except as stated in Section 4)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

4. Made-to-Order & Engraved Jewelry

Because these pieces are produced specifically for you:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: full cancellation with 100% refund.
  • After 24 hours, before production is complete: 70% refund (30% production/reservation fee).
  • After production is complete: non-refundable, but one courtesy exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement, repair, or full refund at your choice.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Bank posting times may vary. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (made-to-order: see product page for lead time).
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking on all orders; claims for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered" must be filed with the carrier.
  • International orders: customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

8. Warranty & Care

We warrant our pieces against manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage, tarnishing from exposure to chemicals/moisture, and unauthorized repairs are not covered. Care instructions are included with every order.

9. Order Verification & Fraud

We reserve the right to verify the identity of purchasers, delay shipment, or cancel any order we suspect of fraud or payment risk. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of State of New Jersey, the USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law.
