If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, Kingsway Jewelry reserves the right to withhold a restocking fee according to the condition of the item.

Made to Order and Engraved Jewelry: If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase you can receive a 100% refund. If contacting us after 24 hours of ordering a 30% restocking fee will be retained, and you will receive a 70% refund.

If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring at a cost of 50% of the current retail price upon the return of the damaged ring.
